Details for volunteers

• Please submit one volunteer form per family or team.

• We ask that volunteers are age 18+

• Volunteer needs include:

  • greeting guests and confirming registration

  • serving food from the kitchen to the tables

  • lightweight convention hall decorating

  • handing out toys and take home meals

• The atmosphere of the evening will be “fancy festive”. Volunteers will be asked to wear dark pants or dress and a white shirt or top. A wonderful 3-course dinner will be served on white linen tablecloths. Live music, holiday lights & decor. Fancy festive!

• We will only use your email and phone number to contact you about the event.

• Note: general site set up and clean up as well as meal preparation will be handled by the on site facility event staff.
